Hello Matt and Mark, First, thank you for producing such great podcasts, shows, content etc. I’ve been listening for years and you make me want to continue chasing the american dream of entrepreneurship. I must be a true nerd because i find your humor to be hilarious and the tax/legal content very interesting. I’m currently a W2 employee with a few pieces of real estate as investments. Looking to either ramp up real estate investments (flipping and/or buy and hold) or starting/buying a small business. I’ll cut to the chase, what are your thoughts on using 401k loans (the boring kind, not self directed yet) to fund business activities when compared to other options such as using a HELOC? I’m generally opposed to leveraging my primary residence, but understand that financially it might make the most sense on a spreadsheet. Thank you again and have a great day! Collin
