Hi Mark & Mat,

In my Family Management Company, my son is 14 years old, turning 15, but my daughter is 17 turning 18 this year (October 31, 2023). Can I still pay her from the Family Management Company this year and qualify for the full tax deduction?

Or, will I need to transition her out of the family management company into my S-Corp when she hits 18 or can it be done after she graduates high school and starts college next year?

Best,

Terence
