Hi Guys, I am having you set up a Tennessee based LLC made up of 5 IRA’s ,( my 3 sons and 2 for myself) . Am I able to use that LLC for 1/4 ownership of a new purchase and have a 1031 exchange that I own personally be the other 3/4 owner. It is held in my personal name. If it is possible to do, would I need to pay bills from 2 seperate bank accounts? The LLC and the personal for the correct proportion? Thank you
