# Self Rental vs LLC purchase

Hi Mark and Matt love what you are doing to help small businesses. I am building a large garage on my property to use for storage of inventory prior to sale. I have read good and bad about self-rental. would it be better to have the building built on my property and rent it to my LLC or have the LLC purchase the land and build the building?
