# Transfer husband and wife owned LLC to a joined trust

I plan to setup a two members LLC between my husband and me, and LLC will be taxed as partnership.

For estate planning, how do we transfer this LLC to a revocable living trust and keep LLC as partnership? Does this mean that we can not have a joint trust, if we want to keep the LLC taxed as partnership?
