I own a Washington State S-Corp which owns and operates a real estate brokerage. The brokerage collects referral fees from real estate agents, and we sell an online course. I pay B&O tax to the state of Washington on this revenue. But, I recently relocated to another state, and I want to avoid paying double tax (B&O to Washington and State Tax to AZ). Should I move my Washington State S Corp, or leave it alone since Washington is a non-income tax state (B&O is 1.5%)?
