I created a corporation last year and filed my initial BOI report last year appropriately. This year, I plan to close the corporation. Do I need to fill out an updated BOI somehow? I’m getting inconsistent results when I try to search the internet for this information. I looked at the form on the FinCen website and I don’t see where it includes dissolved companies.
Any ideas what needs to be done?
