We hear all the time about electing an S-Corp status to help manage FICA taxes, but I’ve never heard you talk about FUTA. Does an S-Corp owner, who would also be paying themselves a reasonable salary, have to worry about unemployment taxes? I have tried to research but am coming up with conflicting results.
