LLC taxed as S-corp

Hi Mark and Mat , love your content!

I have had a PLLC for about 5 years that I use for providing independent contractor anesthesia services. My new CPA recently filed the paperwork for my PLLC to file as an S-corp for 2024. Does this mean that I now have an S-corp with its own EIN that I can use to start or own other LLCs? Or does this situation mean that only my LLC is able to “file” as an S-corp now? I would love to have your feedback on this.

Thanks!
