I have a 403B & 401K in Vanguard from my former employer. I would like to retain the money in the account and build through real estate. Is there a way to use this money that is just sitting to purchase properties. Oh, I do own a home (which I want to rent out) and paying on 3 land plots. I want to pass this estate to my children. What will cover everything and help me build wealth through real estate & tax strategy.
