Love the show!! Basic question here about email and phone numbers.
I do all the important things to make my multifamily rental LLC “official” such as leases in the biz name, business filings, operating agreement, bank accounts (and separate finances), annual meeting, EIN, member certificates, taxes, deed change, utilities in the biz name etc… We do this to show this LLC is not an ‘alter ego’ etc…
I actively manage all my properties so I am the primary contact. With that said, MUST I maintain separate email addresses and phone numbers for each LLC or can I communicate with tenants and related with just one personal email and phone number to maintain the corporate veil and to further demonstrate this is a business? I want to keep things simple for me and prefer one email address.
